BQP produces freshly squeezed juices, cut fruits & vegetables, fresh salads and handcrafted ice creams & ice pops, in 2 state-of-the-art manufacturing & storage facilities in Dubai. Barakat Quality Plus also has a full commercial hot kitchen in which a variety of foods including soups, sauces and hot meals are prepared by our team of fully qualified & experienced Chefs

Our experienced Procurement team meticulously scour the world for the finest produce from the best sources. Our Quality Assurance & Control team ensure that all fresh produce received in each production facility meets set specifications before being moved to appropriate temperature-controlled storage areas. The produce is then sanitized before going onto the production line
